RE: Why do people have junk food addictions?

in Olio di Balena19 hours ago

I think the older we get, the more compromised the health and immune system is. For me, I decided to cut out these junk food and it's been close to two years now, I've been eating healthier than I use to do.

For me, I cannot add weight no matter what I eat. This is most due to my condition and not because of the food. For me, I need more protein because my system makes it hard for the body to use protein effectively, so if means I have to prioritize it more. It's complex, most times I can't eat what regular people do.

I gain weight easily now so I watch things very closely.

I expect so. I've noticed that when people become older they just tend to gain weight so easily and I don't even know why this is so lol.
