
Recently I stopped by Rachel's Kitchen in Woodbury, CT for some breakfast. I ordered the Farmhouse Benedict, which consisted of poached eggs and bacon on a biscuit covered in hollandaise sauce. It came with a side of home fries, but I also added a side of corned beef hash. I put the hash over the benedict and ate it all together. It was probably one of the best breakfasts I've had in a long time. I'll definitely be going back to Rachel's Kitchen for some more!
