Made by my wife, they came out super delicious and we will be enjoying these a lot during the coming month of Ramadhan!
These sweet are mini samosas stuffed with almond paste, baked and soaked in pure honey after cooking! This creates a perfect balance of crunch and sweetness.
I captured the magic through some lovely photos, hope you like them.
Ps. These briouat are perfect with a cup of tea of coffee too!
