I made some more Pumpkin Flowers Tempura earlier today and we had it during Iftaar time (at sunset when we break our fast)
These days we are having a lot of flowers from the pumpking plants that my brother in law planted in the backyard of my restaurant!
And everyday when I go have a look around...I can't myself to pick up some and use in my cooking!
These flowers goes well in salads too...simply add a nice lemon/honey vinaigrette and enjoy!
So yeah, I will enjoy them while they last...
