While the house was still asleep yesterday morning @stryeyz and I went to Menard's for a little bit of black friday shopping. It was fully just like a regular day in Spokane with few people and minimal lines. We found everything we were after, and a bit more of course.
Mid day I got the heaters going in the garage as the lefse supplies were laid out in prep.
Then over the afternoon 2 batches of lefse were made. A ball of potato dough gets rolled out super thin then laid on a griddle to cook to a light golden brown.
I managed a couple over sized rolls that barely fit.
Snow was inbound to the region but the south got it way worse than the Minot area. Only an inch eventually fell last night.
Bozeman got hit pretty good but the weather has moved on this morning so the drive should be mellow.
Some playing was required for sure.
And J dancing with the skeleton.
Nearing evening I watched a pair of deer go tromping across the yard.
Then I had to help with airing tires once they were back from town and the escape room.
Up early today to get us packed and ready to get on the road for Bozeman, Looking forward to the hotel and sauna tonight then Bozeman hot springs tomorrow morning before heading for home.
