Saludos mis queridos amigos de Gems, feliz viernes para todos. Es un verdadero placer estar nuevamente con todos ustedes. En esta oportunidad les traigo una deliciosa receta y se trata de Pechuga de Pollo a la Mostaza Dulce y Alcaparras. Les confieso que es ideal para el almuerzo puedes acompañarla con arroz blanco o papas rústicas asadas, la combinación de todos estos sabores es excelente. Lo mejor de todo es que es muy fácil de hacer, a continuación les muestro el paso a paso para su preparación.

Greetings my dear friends at Gems, happy Friday to all! It's a real pleasure to be back with you all. This time I'm bringing you a delicious recipe Chicken Breast with Sweet Mustard and Capers. I confess it's ideal for lunch; you can serve it with white rice or roasted rustic potatoes. The combination of all these flavors is excellent. Best of all, it's very easy to make. Below I'll show you the step by step instructions for its preparation.

Ingredientes:

• 1/2 pechuga de pollo en milanesas
• 1 cucharada de mostaza
• 1 cucharada de azúcar
• 1/2 cucharada de alcaparras
• 200 mililitros de caldo de pollo
• 1 cucharada de harina de trigo
• 1/4 cucharadita de sal
• 1/4 cucharadita de pimienta negra molida
• 3 dientes pequeños de ajo
• 1 cucharada de aceite

Ingredients:

• 1/2 chicken breast cut into bite sized pieces
• 1 tablespoon mustard
• 1 tablespoon sugar
• 1/2 tablespoon capers
• 200 ml chicken broth
• 1 tablespoon all purpose flour
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
• 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
• 3 small cloves garlic
• 1 tablespoon oil

Paso a paso:

Step by step:

Vamos a empezar nuestra preparación sazonando la pechuga de pollo con sal, pimienta y rallamos el ajo. Esparcimos muy bien los ingredientes y dejamos marinar por unos minutos.

Let's begin by seasoning the chicken breast with salt and pepper, and grating the garlic. Spread the ingredients evenly and let it marinate for a few minutes.

Seguidamente colocamos una sartén al fuego, agregamos el aceite y al estar caliente añadimos el pollo previamente condimentado. Sellamos por ambos lados para retirar del fuego.

Next place a skillet over medium heat add the oil and when hot add the seasoned chicken. Sear on both sides and remove from the heat.

Ahora añadimos a la misma sartén el caldo de pollo, la mostaza, el azúcar, y las alcaparras para aprovechar el sabor del pollo. Después removemos. Por último agregamos la harina de trigo, integramos.

Now add the chicken broth, mustard, sugar, and capers to the same pan to enhance the chicken's flavor. Stir. Finally add the flour and mix it in.

Después incorporamos el pollo, y cocinamos a fuego bajo por aproximadamente 10 minutos.

Then add the chicken and cook over low heat for approximately 10 minutes.

Servimos en un plato y ya podemos disfrutar del sabor de esta deliciosa Pechuga de Pollo a la Mostaza Dulce y Alcaparras.

Serve on a plate and enjoy the flavor of this delicious Chicken Breast with Sweet Mustard and Capers.
