Not long ago I mentioned a very messy and dense forest I went to in search of mushrooms. And as much as I tried to find the nice, edible ones I wasn't very lucky. But the place was quiet, humid and had lots of places for other mushrooms to hide and grow from.
So instead of picking some, I was shooting the pretty ones instead. Lots of the pretty ones.
And a lot of them were growing in nice big groups. The more the merrier, right?
These were probably my favourite. A few very delicate, almost see though hats snuggled to an old, rotten piece of wood covered in mosses and liches. This colour combination is always a great combo!

And then there were the grey ones...
Another big group of various sizes. They look so bouncy to me! I wish I did check if they really are like that :p

Lastly some tiny ones all tangled with grasses. I tried to clean them a bit, but I was just damaging them, so I took one photo and kept walking.
All these were shot last fall.
