I've always believed that everyone has their own unique rituals to bring them to a moment of calm. Some drink coffee, some do yoga, and many others.

For me, drinking coffee can bring me to a moment of calm. It can be a way for me and my mind to take a break from the busy world.
Of course, I think we all need a moment to pause. Pausing means not being disturbed by anything or anyone. I believe that if we don't pause, we will become exhausted. This will lead to stress burnout, and ultimately lead to illnesses that slowly make us mentally and physically ill.
So, on this occasion for coffee, I stopped for a moment at a classic-style coffee shop. I stopped at this particular coffee shop because I noticed it looked deserted. It was quiet because it was a weekday, and it was still office hours. So it seemed like people weren't there yet.

This coffee shop isn't large. It's called KUWALA. We can see that everything is minimalist, all white and brown. It looked calming to me.

I chose to sit in the corner of the room with a large window so I could look out at the street. I like moments of contemplation while looking out at the street.

I ordered an iced brown sugar coffee with the recently viral kunafa brownie.

I sipped my iced coffee. It was surprisingly delicious. The coffee was strong and sweet, not too sweet because I ordered less sugar. But it complemented the coffee perfectly.

The coffee shop prompt this week caught my attention. It was about moments of calm while drinking coffee.
Lately, I've been focusing on gardening and building my YouTube channel. From moments like this, I feel like the world is a bridge for me to think about my future.
I discovered what I was meant to do, like I'd found my calling. As I mentioned, being a writer wasn't enough. Now, I also share my gardening, slow living through gardening. I want to encourage people that a peaceful life is possible even if we don't have much money. One way is by utilizing land for gardening, we can create a bridge to a world of peace.
I also shared that gardening allows us to enjoy the moment of drinking coffee or tea in a corner of the garden, which we create according to our desires.
I always wonder if what I've done so far has been beneficial to those around me. Every day I ask myself what I can do to contribute to those around me. I know I can't do much yet. But I now realize that what I can do to the best of my ability can also be beneficial.
I hope that one day, what I consider my calling in life, will be beneficial to others. It may not be visible in a day or two, but like a tree that will bring benefits, it's not planted in a day or two; it requires many days and dedication.

So, never be discouraged if what you do now seems or feels small. You never know how beneficial it will be. Keep doing what you can, because even the smallest thing can benefit others. Like a seemingly ordinary herb among the weeds, but its medicinal effects are incredibly beneficial. That's how our lives are in this world: we may seem insignificant among others who seem to have great benefits. But I've always believed that we were each created for our own purpose. Never lose heart, my friends, and don't forget to drink coffee or tea to ward off your worries.
