Hi @dlmmqb. you are right in everything, once boiled you can use it in salads, you must marinate it with some sauce or with oil and vinegar, as a dessert serves to make sweets if you cook them over low heat with lemon or orange juice, cinnamon and some sugar or stevia, its flavor will be like that of an apple candy. The cahyote is very versatile.
