Let's Cook Beans and Potatoes!!
But first off, let me give you a quick story on how I discovered this amazing recipe. It might not be original, but I feel like I stumbled upon a new comfort meal.
So one day I was cooking beans and potatoes, nothing special. I made sure to cook a small quantity because the last time I cooked a large quantity, it ended up being wasted.
While cooking, I mixed my ingredients as usual and made the sauce so spicy and nice. And when I finished cooking, it turned out the beans was little too small.

Normally, this would be a bad thing, but somehow, it was the perfect amount, and the food tasted amazing!!
I was stunned because I never knew beans could taste so mouth-watering. Since then, I've been excited to make beans and potatoes. And guess what, it's another time to make it 😊😊.
Ingredients

- Beans 1½ cup
- Potato 2 potatoes
- Smoked Panla fish 2
- Palm oil 3 large spoons
- Tomato paste 2 sachets
- Fresh pepper 3 pieces
- Onions 2 bulbs
- Seasoning cubes
- Salt
Procedure
Destone and wash your beans. Then boil until the beans are super soft and the outer sac is split in two.
Peel your potatoes and cut them into small cubes, add them to the now soft boiling beans and leave to boil for another 10 minutes.
When done, place your Palm oil into another pot or pan, and add your sliced onions and pepper into the oil.
Sauté for one minute, then add your washed smoked fish into the oil and also saute for two to three minutes.

Add your seasoning cubes and salt, mix them in, then add your sauce to the beans and potatoes.
Don't turn; leave it to cook on low heat for two minutes, then open and mix thoroughly.

And voila, you are done!
