Yes, family gatherings are a great thing. Do you have a large family as well?
I don't know how heavy our piglet was but I know it took quite a while to prep and roast, that's why we don't have it often. It's always a treat when we do

              20kg is quite big, you'll need that much for your big family! I asked today, and our piggie was about 7kg
