Rainy day - January 8, 2025

After managing my daily work, I check my account and @alive.chat. I changed the amount of HP delegated. I try to manage it in a good way to support my goals as well. I also upvote some accounts that I need to do (scheduled) with @alive.chat.

BOOM! Thunder rumbled outside. Heavy rain with thunder and lightning. That meant I had to stop working and close my computer for a while. Sometimes the local power supply has problems with big thunder. It made my monitor flicker for a second and I always think that is a bad sign.

It was nice to see that I had finished my day's work and my shop was also ready to close. It isn't my bedtime yet so I thought I'd play some games on my Nintendo Switch while I waited for the rain to stop. Let's see if nature will give me more time to work later on before sleep 😂.

The goal sharing challenge is now closed while the "Let's stake" challenge is still open until 00:00 UTC tomorrow. Glad to see the enthusiasm of some people waiting for @alive.chat to get back to work. It's been almost a year of hiatus and it's great to see them in the comments 😍.@alive.chat has no schedule for Wednesday to Friday. So, I still have time to do other things first. Waiting until Saturday to join the challenge hosted by Mr. Edgerik 😍. Then when Sunday comes, I need to prepare the winners and prize distribution for next week 😂.

Drinking coffee in the morning!

If (and when) you drink coffee, try drinking it in the morning for better health benefits! An observational study in the European Heart Journal revealed a link between morning coffee drinking and a lower risk of certain conditions!

The study authors analyzed data on 40,725 adults aged 18 and older, collected from 1999 to 2018. At the end of the analysis, the authors found an interesting association. Those who drank coffee in the morning (from 4 a.m. to 11:59 a.m.) experienced a 16% lower risk of premature death from any cause and a 31% lower risk of dying from cardiovascular disease. All-day coffee drinkers didn’t have such risk reductions!

To be mentioned: It’s just an outcome from the data analysis. It could be a mere association. It’s not an established experimental fact!
