Human activities and exercises differs, and the human body needs such. Swimming is the act or art of sustaining and propelling the body in water which can be done either in pool water, river or straem. Four days ago I had a wonderful experience when I visit Okuobom village in Ibiono Ibom Local Government in Akwa Ibom State.
Upgrade!! A new gaming desk by @cursephantom
Have a nice day everyone! After trying to get more money that I can spend without worry, I upgraded my room this month. Old desks and chairs in the house don't match my height. For me who works every day in front of a monitor, it's a problem. Back pain is common because I have to bend over to see the screen. I always like how a cubicle in a big company has already been upgraded to make employees comfortable and that's what I tried to follow. The old things are surely stronger than today as most of them are using Teak. Sadly, the height isn't compatible with me.
Hi, there! How are you? I hope that you are doing great. Welcome to my post. It's a short diary on my Weekend!
My weekend began with performing the Fajr prayer in the mosque. Later, I had a pretty long second round of morning sleep. We woke up at 9 am and had our breakfast. Then, I worked on the internet, played with my kid, and walked on the treadmill for 10 minutes till 11 am. Then we started preparing for the Jummah prayer.

“Today is Friday, and the body knows it.” That is a funny phrase that we often use in this part of the world for this day of the week. I am in the middle of the afternoon on this September 6th, just returning from some shopping and another errand on the street. It was a pretty good day, a little busy, but all within reason. We took advantage of the opportunity to buy parts for my brother’s computer, and now he is putting his machine back together, I hope he can get it working very soon.
