Hola amigos, nuevamente Zuni por aquí y esta vez para contarles el resultado de un encuentro no tal casual. Es que cuando camino las calles, siempre voy con los sentidos bien atentos a oportunidades y en esta ocasión paso por la verdulería muy cerca de mi casa y me encuentro con un cajón que lo habían sacado a la vereda para tirarlo y amablemente pregunto si me lo puedo llevar y por supuesto, me dijeron que sí. Para mi sorpresa, me encuentro con choclos, bananas y brócolis.

When I walk the streets, I always keep my senses alert for opportunities and this time I pass by the greengrocer's near my house and I find a crate that had been taken to the sidewalk to throw it away and I kindly ask if I can take it with me and of course, they said yes. To my surprise, I find corn, bananas and broccoli.
Quien no ha pasado por necesidades en la vida, quizás no me entiendan, pero para mí estas son maravillas que me entrega el universo y no puedo desaprovecharlo. A los brócolis, lo herví y lo congele para cocinarlo luego, pero con las bananas y los choclos, realice algo que me encanta, porque me lleva a mi país natal, Paraguay.

Who has not gone through needs in life, maybe they do not understand me, but for me these are wonders that the universe gives me and I can not waste it. I boiled the broccoli and froze it to cook it later, but with the bananas and corn, I made something that I love, because it takes me back to my native country, Paraguay.
Muchos de mis contactos no saben de que soy paraguaya. Porque hablo muy argentina y mis comportamientos no demuestran de que soy de ese país. Por ejemplo, no escucho mucha música de allá y hablo el guaraní, solamente en ocasiones especiales. Pero si me encanta, realizar platillos de mi país y la Chipa Guazú es algo muy especial.

Many of my contacts do not know that I am Paraguayan. Because I speak very Argentinian, and my behaviour does not show that I'm from that country. For example, I don't listen to much music from there and I speak Guarani, only on special occasions. But I do love to make dishes from my country and the Chipa Guazú is something very special.
Una vez limpiado todos los productos encontrados, necesitaba dejar en agua a los choclos, para que se hidraten. Quiero decir, que esto no es una receta y es por eso, de que elijo esta comunidad para subir mi experiencia, realizando estos platillos.

Chipa Guazú:
El choclo, una vez desgranado, agregue 3 huevos, 1/2 taza de café de leche o agua y lo lleve a la licuadora. Luego, en un bol, media taza de aceite de girasol, queso fresco (el que tengas), sal y lo mezcle todo, para luego llevarlo al molde engrasado.Budín de Banana:
6 bananas aproximadamente, con 3 huevos, 1/2 taza de leche o agua, 1/2 taza de azúcar y a licuar. Una vez obtenida la mezcla homogénea, se le agrega vainilla, una cucharita, harina común, 2 tazas, polvo de hornear, 1 cucharita y una pizca de bicarbonato de sodio. A lo última mani o el fruto seco que tengas.

- Chipa Guazú:
The corn, once shelled, add 3 eggs, 1/2 cup of milk coffee or water and take it to the blender. Then, in a bowl, half a cup of sunflower oil, fresh cheese (the one you have), salt and mix it all together, then take it to a-greased-equipment.- Banana Pudding:
6 bananas approximately, with 3 eggs, 1/2 cup of milk or water, 1/2 cup of sugar and to blend. Once the mixture is homogeneous, add vanilla, a teaspoon, plain flour, 2 cups, baking powder, 1 teaspoon and a pinch of baking soda. Lastly, add peanuts or any other dried fruit you have.
Como verán, toda mis "recetas" son originales, porque sinceramente voy improvisando con lo que tengo y enfocándome en el ahorro y por supuesto, de que salga rico.

Los comensales ni se quejaron, así que entiendo de que estuvo rico 😆. Igualmente, con las comidas que realizo nunca pregunto si gusto o no, porque se come o se come, no existe opción. Espero de que esta historia les inspire a realizar recetas originales, con lo que consigan y si es en oferta mejor. Por supuesto, las superofertas, como encontrarlo en la calle, es palabra mayor.
