It took me a long time to continue writing about our Kapatagan Trip. But now I'm ready to share my story and amazing photos. We went to the Temple of Thailand but it's in a stunning landmark in the cool highlands of Digos Davao del Sur.
On our day trip, we had a perfect chance to unwind, explore a new place like Maryland Temple of Thailand and enjoy nature’s peaceful embrace—all in one day. Our journey made us feel relaxed and was filled with scenic mountain views, winding roads and fresh air.
When we arrived, the Maryland Temple of Thailand stood gracefully against the deep green slopes. It was a calm and colorful hillside park. The place was filled with flowers that touch the serenity and statues that made the whole area a peaceful charm.
As we climbed the stairs, the golden statues immediately caught our attention. And I asked the kids to pose and their expressions like meditating. Kids are kids, I know it was not right, their posing playfully. There are different colors of flowers lined the paths and adding life and beauty to the hill.
The golden statues shone brightly under the daylight and gave a majestic presence. The design was inspired by traditional Thai temples and it was beautiful. Giving us glimpses of other countries but we were just in Kapatagan.
While slowly walking around the area, I really admire the place and its not yet fully developed. They want to make it more beautiful. The temple design and golden Budda statue radiated a sense of peace. The mountain view became more stunning and peaceful. And made everything look magical. After a peaceful walk, enjoyed the quiet surroundings and capturing simple but beautiful memories. We finally decided to move on to our next destination.
Kapatagan’s Maryland Temple of Thailand gave us a glimpse of another culture and reminded us to slow down and enjoy life’s simple beauty.
