I recommend reading them to understand the dynamics of this third part. After our first laps, we headed deeper into the forest, heading towards the grilling area, which requires a short walk through the woods to reach. It's quite hidden, but perhaps that's its beauty. The day we went, there was no one around, and we were able to fully enjoy the peace of these dense woods. We also had company on our walk, in the form of one of the shelter dogs, who followed us faithfully and later earned a nice slice of meat. In the forest near the grill area, there are many wooden tables. The grills are very nice, all built of brick and equipped with everything you need. Then, deep in the woods, we also found the ruins of what must have been an old icehouse. This area is full of old, disused icehouses. Even the one we found was half destroyed and overgrown with grass, a shame because they would also be interesting structures. The forest has very dense vegetation, typical of these mountainous areas.

Recomiendo leerlas para comprender la dinámica de esta tercera parte. Tras nuestras primeras vueltas, nos adentramos en el bosque, en dirección a la zona de barbacoa, a la que se llega tras una corta caminata. Está bastante escondida, pero quizás esa sea su belleza. El día que fuimos, no había nadie y pudimos disfrutar plenamente de la paz de este denso bosque. También tuvimos compañía en nuestro paseo: uno de los perros del refugio, que nos siguió fielmente y más tarde se ganó un buen trozo de carne. En el bosque, cerca de la zona de la parrilla, hay muchas mesas de madera. Las parrillas son muy bonitas, todas de ladrillo y equipadas con todo lo necesario. Luego, en lo profundo del bosque, también encontramos las ruinas de lo que debió ser una antigua nevera. Esta zona está llena de neveras antiguas y en desuso. Incluso la que encontramos estaba medio destruida y cubierta de hierba, una pena, ya que también serían estructuras interesantes. El bosque tiene una vegetación muy densa, típica de estas zonas montañosas.
Then we started heading towards the grill area. This area is also great for picnics because it has a beautiful lawn, and we'll definitely be back in the warmer months for a snack and some cool refreshment. There are also large tables and various grills, and even an abandoned sink. The good thing, however, is that near all the areas are small, fully equipped brick bathrooms, but obviously a bit cold and dirty with dirt and leaves. Then we finally had our barbecue, which, as you can see, was very generous: corn on the cob for adults and children, rossticciana, pork ribs, and grilled chicken, all cooked slowly under a nice ember. I love grilled food! And these grill stations were truly excellent and convenient. I'll leave you with the video of our barbecue, and I'll see you soon with more travel and recipe posts!
Luego nos dirigimos a la zona de la parrilla. Esta zona también es ideal para picnics, ya que tiene un césped precioso, y sin duda volveremos en los meses más cálidos para picar algo y refrescarnos. También hay mesas grandes y varias parrillas, e incluso un fregadero abandonado. Lo bueno, sin embargo, es que cerca de todas las zonas hay pequeños baños de ladrillo totalmente equipados, pero obviamente un poco fríos y sucios con tierra y hojas.
