Excellent. Me too really, I hardly ever cook from a recipe... Even when baking, which has a lot more specific chemistry involved, I try to apply the chemical principles that I know I need and then fully off with creativity and whatever I have available. Do you share your cooking creations sometimes here?
Oh I agree with you 100% We know what works & just do it. Even food combinations we know what will work!
I do share my food creations occasionally, when I'm in the mood!
