We will live in a small community, but this community will be made up of like minded friends. It is not a place where people are part of it because they were born there, or moved there.

It may be more like a commune, if you had all people focussed on seeing the commune survive.

The term for this group, in the future, will be "family". (and it may or may not be blood related.)
