How much effort does food need?

When you go to the restaurant, you only order and paid for food and sometimes you say, it was very very expensive, but you do not think how many effort is necessary for get all ingredients, for example here we see the yam, an unique ingredient for preparing food, and you can combine it with a sausage, meat, soup or in a special dishes.

But how difficult could be to get this ingredient, if you can see in the photos, the roots of yam is in the soil in the down part, for this reason you need to have an big effort for get it, is necessary to dig, a little deep, and the time for collect it is in summer, when the soil is very very dryer, and it is hard, and the roots are very soft, and easily to broken, this give a little difficult additional in your process for get your precious treasure in this case an edible and delicious roots.
