Then, one of them said, "Please don't sell me a dog. How can somebody who lives in the UK become a secretary of a party?" Another added, "Aren't you in this country? Won't he come back to assume the post?"
Three months later, while people were at one of the drinking joints, it was announced on the radio that Dr. Ben had won a seat in the national House of Representatives. The same person who had previously expressed skepticism about Dr. Ben's appointment repeated, "Please don't sell me a dog."
A few months after Dr. Ben assumed his new post, he initiated developmental projects in his community.
