Hola hola gente linda y amantes de la cocina creativa ¿como están? Yo he tenido una semana llena de mucha creatividad y locura en mi cocina, acá les traigo un resumen en fotitos y algunos cuentos para ir poniendo la cosa al día porque apenas está comenzando la locura del fin de semana.

  Primera gelatina, un hermoso arranque de semana: Luego de un ocupado fin de semana y carreras con el día de las madres y los cumpleañeros arranque mi semana con una bella gelatina de un par de clásicos, Minnie y la patita Daysi 😍 este fue un trabajo que amé realizar, una temática muy linda que me enamoró desde que la clienta me habló para pedirla y me enseñó más u menos lo que sería el diseño de la torta.

  CR7, no puede ser que en casa de herrero el cuchillo sea de palo: el miércoles 14 de mayo mi sobrino cumplió 8 años, pero por falta de presupuesto no se había planeado nada para ese día, sus papis pensaban hacerle algo el fin de semana sencillo con los primitos, pero, la tía Gelart(yo) que ama a su sobrino y le encanta la adrenalina pensó que no debía pasar ese día en blanco, le propuse a su papá la idea de que le iba a hacer unos vasitos de gelatina y unos cupcakes para que compartiera ese día con sus compañeros del fútbol y así no pasará el día en blanco, la idea era comprar los materiales que faltaban para la torta y no usar todo sino dejar una parte para luego el fin de semana hacerle el cumpleaños con la familia, doble trabajo! Si que soy bien masoquista jejeje pero valió la pena, hice por primera vez una de especie de torta con cupcakes que nunca antes había hecho y me encantó el resultado, además me encantó que mi sobrino celebrara su día especial, siento que el día del cumpleaños se deben soplar velas si o si, es muy triste que tú cumpleaños pase en blanco y más un niño como mi sobrino que para él su cumpleaños es como una fiesta patronal, ama cumplir años y organizar su fiesta, este año quiso de Cristiano Ronaldo ⚽ y por cierto mi sobrino cumple años el dia del futbolista una casualidad muy linda dando su amor nato por el futbol.

  Lilo y Stitch, más carreras🏃 El día martes en la noche me escribió una cliente para ver si podía hacerle una gelatina de esta bella temática, justo para el mismo día del cumpleaños de mi sobrino que ya iba de carreras y contra reloj, por supuesto que acepte porque acá en Venezuela si sale trabajo y se puede hacer hay que aprovechar porque hoy tenemos y luego ya no sabemos, en todo emprendimiento hay días buenos y malos y en nuestra economía más aún y de hecho semanas atrás tuve una racha de rachas, mala mala 🥴 de muy pocas ventas y pues cada quien conoce sus límites y sabe si puede o no, y con las carreras y todo si se pudo 💪 y el resultado fue esa belleza 😍 aunque casi paro en loca ese día.

  Casi fin de semana, ahora carreras para pool party a veces siento que del creador del "ya no tomo más" de los borrachitos, está el "no hago más trabajos de última hora de las reposteras" uno le intenta pero a veces toca y pues cuando se puede se puede y se hace con mucho amor 🥰 está fue la última de la semana, también y aceptada de última hora 🫣 con esta tuve una inesperada y real labor de parto, me puse de inventadora a querer hacer una piscina y la gelatina no quería salir del molde, ya casi era la hora de entrega y pensé que se iba a dañar la gelatina, gracias a Dios pude sacarla.

  Y la historia de las carreras aún no termina: el fin de semana apenas comienza, tengo unas cuantas cosas que hacer, tengo encargos de gelatinas, torta, cupcakes, gelaquesillo, gelapaletas y cuando dije "cerrados pedidos para este fin de semana" me escribió una clienta y adivinen, otra gelatina más 🙃 una gelatina que me habían pedido hace días pero no me habían confirmado y pues tocó aceptarla porque sentí que ya tenía el compromiso.

  Que Dios me agarre confesada, espero sobrevivir, ando full pedidos hasta el lunes, gracias a Dios 🙏 luego cuando esté más libre prometo compartirles mucho más contenido chévere de mi arte en gelatinas, pero por hoy les comparto sólo estás fotitos de mi creativo trabajo en la cocina.

  Hello, beautiful people and lovers of creative cooking, how are you? I've had a week full of creativity and madness in my kitchen, here I bring you a summary in pictures and some stories to catch up because the weekend madness is just beginning.

  First jelly, a beautiful start to the week: After a busy weekend and races with Mother's Day and birthdays I started my week with a beautiful jelly of a couple of classics, Minnie and Daysi 😍 this was a job I loved to do, a very cute theme that I fell in love with since the client spoke to me to ask for it and showed me more or less what would be the design of the cake.

  **CR7, it can't be that in the blacksmith's house the knife is made of wood: ** on Wednesday May 14 my nephew turned 8 years old, but due to lack of budget nothing had been planned for that day, his dads thought to do something simple weekend with the little cousins, but, Aunt Gelart(me) who loves her nephew and loves adrenaline thought that he should not spend that day blank, I proposed to his dad the idea that I was going to make him some jelly cups and cupcakes to share that day with his soccer teammates so he would not spend the day blank, the idea was to buy the missing materials for the cake and not use everything but leave a part for the weekend to make the birthday with the family, double work! I am a masochist hehehe but it was worth it, I made for the first time a kind of cake with cupcakes that I had never made before and I loved the result, I also loved that my nephew celebrated his special day, I feel that on his birthday candles should be blown out if or not, it is very sad that your birthday is blank and more a child like my nephew that for him his birthday is like a patron saint party, he loves to celebrate his birthday and organize his party, this year he wanted Cristiano Ronaldo ⚽ and by the way my nephew's birthday is the day of the footballer a very nice coincidence giving his natural love for soccer.

  Lilo and Stitch, more careers🏃 On Tuesday night a client wrote me to see if I could make her a jelly of this beautiful theme, just for the same day of my nephew's birthday that was already racing and against the clock, of course I accepted because here in Venezuela if work comes out and you can do it you have to take advantage because today we have and then we do not know, in every undertaking there are good and bad days and in our economy even more and in fact weeks ago I had a streak of bad bad bad 🥴 streaks of very few sales and well everyone knows their limits and knows if they can or not, and with the races and everything if it was possible 💪 and the result was that beauty 😍 although I almost stopped in crazy that day.

  Almost the end of the week, now races for pool party sometimes I feel that the creator of the "I don't drink anymore" of the drunks, is the "I don't do any more last minute work of the confectioners" one tries but sometimes it is necessary and when you can, you can and it is done with love 🥰 this was the last of the week, also accepted at the last minute 🫣 with this one I had an unexpected and real labor, I started to invent a pool and the gelatin did not want to come out of the mold, it was almost time for delivery and I thought it was going to damage the gelatin, thank God I was able to get it out.

  And the story of the races is not over yet: the weekend has just begun, I have a few things to do, I have orders for gelatin, cake, cupcakes, gelaquesillo, gelapaletas and when I said "closed orders for this weekend" a client wrote me and guess what, another gelatin 🙃 a gelatin that I had ordered days ago but I had not confirmed and then I had to accept it because I felt that I had the commitment.

  I hope to survive, I'm full of orders until Monday, thank God 🙏 then when I'm more free I promise to share with you much more cool content of my gelatin art, but for today I'll just share with you these pictures of my creative work in the kitchen.
