Bienvenidos a un nuevo video.Saludos gente linda de HIVE feliz sábado, por acá paso a compartir con esta bella comunidad de cocina creativa lo que fue un fin de semana cargado de mucha creatividad dónde con mi emprendimiento lleve arte dulce a muchas celebraciones.
La semana pasada como les comenté tuve un fin de semana bastante movido, fue realmente agotador, en especial porque algunos trabajos fueron de último momento y eso no descuadra sólo mi planificación sino que me obligan a trabajar contra reloj y esto es algo totalmente desgastante, toca literal dar carreras, pero todo valió totalmente la pena, a nivel de satisfacción con los resultados tan lindos de cada trabajo y también a nivel económico 🤑, me recuperé de unos días no tan movidos donde mis finanzas estaban apagaditas.
Greetings HIVE's beautiful people, happy Saturday, here I come to share with this beautiful community of creative cuisine what was a weekend full of creativity where with my enterprise I took sweet art to many celebrations.
Last week as I told you I had a very busy weekend, it was really exhausting, especially because some jobs were last minute and that not only disrupts my planning but also forces me to work against the clock and this is something totally exhausting, it is literally a race, but everything was totally worth it, in terms of satisfaction with the beautiful results of each job and also economically 🤑, I recovered from a few days not so busy where my finances were off.
Mis primeros dos trabajos del fin de semana fueron un bello gelaquesillo con una explosión frutal y una gelatina de Roblox, la de Roblox fue de último momento, para este día tenía la intención de hacerle a mi hermano una torta por su cumpleaños y a mi sobrino otro pastel de ponquesitos para celebrar en familia pero no se pudo ni el sábado ni el domingo, tuvo que quedar para el lunes, luego les enseño 😍.
My first two works of the weekend were a beautiful gelaquesillo with a fruity explosion and a Roblox jelly, the Roblox one was last minute, for this day I had the intention to make my brother a cake for his birthday and my nephew another cake of ponquesitos to celebrate with family but it was not possible neither Saturday nor Sunday, it had to be left for Monday, then I show you 😍.

La gelaquesillo fue pedida con suficiente antelación y de esta belleza la tarea más difícil fue conseguir algunas frutas, el kiwi y las fresas en mi ciudad a veces son bastantes difíciles de conseguir, gracias a Dios luego de recorrer todo Anaco se ubicaron, mi papá me dijo que si le tuviera que pagar las carreritas me iba a salir más caro eso que la gelatina jejeje.
La gelatina de Roblox si estaba totalmente fuera de mis planes y la acepte porque la pidió una clienta súper fiel y ella aunque no me había confirmado el pedido si me había comentando que iba a quererla cuando me hizo el pedido de las del día de las madres, quedamos en cuadrar luego y a ambas se nos olvidó, me avisó el día antes y como me dijo que era para la tarde acepte hacerla y me encantó el resultado😍 aunque me descontroló un poco los planes del día, ya que por esta gelatina y las cosas que tenía para el domingo tocó postergar lo de mi sobrino y por primera vez en la historia no hacerle ni un ponquesito a mi hermano que también estaba de cumpleaños.
El día anterior a estos trabajos, tuve otra gelatina de último momento de otra clienta que aprecio mucho y pues la acepte y esto se sumó a la cola del tiempo que invertí en otras cosas que me complicaron el fin de semana, aunque dentro de todo gracias a Dios todo estuvo bajo control, al menos con mis clientes, sólo quedé mal con mi hermano y mi sobrino pero a ellos luego les realicé con más tiempo sus respectivos detalles dulces para celebrar sus cumpleaños.
The gelaquesillo was ordered well in advance and from this beauty the most difficult task was to get some fruits, the kiwi and strawberries in my city are sometimes quite difficult to get, thank God after going all over Anaco they were located, my dad told me that if I had to pay him for the little races it would be more expensive than the jelly hehehehe.
The Roblox jelly was totally out of my plans and I accepted it because a super loyal customer asked for it and although she had not confirmed the order she had told me that she was going to want it when she ordered it for Mother's Day, we agreed to make it later and we both forgot about it, She told me the day before and as she told me it was for the afternoon I agreed to make it and I loved the result😍 although it got me a little out of control the day's plans, since because of this jelly and the things I had for Sunday I had to postpone my nephew's and for the first time in history I didn't even make a cupcake for my brother who was also on his birthday.
The day before these works, I had another last minute gelatin from another client that I appreciate very much and I accepted it and this added to the queue of time that I invested in other things that complicated my weekend, although in all thank God everything was under control, at least with my clients, I was only bad with my brother and my nephew but then I made them their respective sweet details to celebrate their birthdays.
Para algunas personas el día domingo se traduce en descanso, en mi caso no siempre es así y algunos dirán tienes que descansar, y pues la verdad yo "descanso" cuando cuando no tengo trabajo jejeje entre comillas porque casi siempre ando haciendo algo en mis dias "libres", en mi país el que se duerme pierde, aquí hay que ser movidos para sobrevivir y como también hay días que no son tan movidos, hay que aprovechar cuando se puede trabajar y aceptar siempre conociendo y respetando nuestros límites, este fin de semana me tocó rechazar un par de trabajos, tampoco le dije que si a todo.
For some people Sunday means rest, in my case it is not always like that and some will say you have to rest, and the truth is that I “rest” when I have no work hehehehe in quotes because I am almost always doing something on my “free” days, in my country the one who sleeps loses, here you have to be active to survive and as there are also days that are not so busy, you have to take advantage when you can work and accept always knowing and respecting our limits, this weekend I had to turn down a couple of jobs, but I did not say yes to everything.

Este día se me juntaron dos tipos de trabajos que demandan mucho tiempo, gelapaletas y una torta que requería bastantes detalles y si la quieren ver mejor la pueden ver mi último post, dónde por cierto les dejé un video con una de mis ocurrencias un poco graciosas 🤭🤭 hice mi propia versión Temu (pirata) de un audio viral.
Cómo ya les compartí un post de la torta les voy a enseñar con mas detalles lo que fue esta bella gelatina 😍 con motivo de abejitas, ame hacerla, me encantó la temática 😍 y más porque la asocie un poco con nuestra hermosa colmena HIVE dónde siento que todos somos esas abejitas.

As I already shared a post about the cake I am going to show you in more detail what was this beautiful jelly 😍 with bee motif, I loved making it, I loved the theme 😍 and more because I associate it a little with our beautiful HIVE beehive where I feel that we are all those little bees.

De esta gelatina de abejitas, la parte que demandó más tiempo y dedicación fue sin duda los detalles de flores y de abejitas, las cuales son totalmente de gelatina, y toca hacerlos por partes porque los moldes solo tienen como para unas 6 figuras a la vez.
Las paletas aunque también es algo que quita bastante tiempo, sentí fueron rápido en comparación con los demás detalles, incluso tuve que pedirle una pequeña prórroga a la cliente de media hora, porque aunque la torta la comencé a decorar super temprano me tomó mucho más tiempo del esperado y cuando comencé a armar esta gelatina de la cual había adelantado bastante la noche anterior gracias a Dios! quedé corta con el tiempo y fue el único trabajo con que no pude cumplir a cabalidad con la hora establecida para la entrega.
Sin embargo este cliente pasó mucho más tarde de lo esperado, el de la torta también paso súper tarde ya era de noche y todo estuvo tan bajo control que hasta videos grabé con la finalidad de crear contenido para HIVE y para mis otras redes sociales, dónde por cierto tengo varias cosas pendientes por publicar que ya hace raaaato publiqué acá primero en HIVE dando siempre la exclusiva de mi trabajo a mi querida blockchain.

The popsicles although it is also something that takes a lot of time, I felt they were fast compared to the other details, I even had to ask the client for a small extension of half an hour, because although I started to decorate the cake super early it took me much longer than expected and when I started to assemble this jelly which I had advanced enough the night before thank God! I was short with the time and it was the only job that I could not fully comply with the time set for delivery.
However, this client was much later than expected, the one with the cake was also very late, it was already night and everything was so under control that I even recorded videos in order to create content for HIVE and for my other social networks, where by the way I have several things to publish that I published here first in HIVE, always giving the exclusive of my work to my dear blockchain.
