My lunch today was very delicious:
- Sausage roasted in the air fryer and then cooked with cabbage, sweet potato, curry, cinnamon, paprika, cachaça, and lots of soy sauce. I make a batch for the week, it ran out today.
- Heat the portion in the omelet maker and crack an egg inside, mix, cover with rice, and close.
- Complete with grated carrot, and chopped beetroot and celery.
- Cherry tomato to accompany, wasabi, and chili and garlic sauces.
As they say around here: not even the dog eats it! (because there's nothing left 😅)

Meu almoço hoje foi muito delicioso:
- linguiça assada na air fryer e depois cozida com repolho, batata doce, curry, canela, páprica, cachaça e muito shoyu. Faço um lote pra semana, acabou hoje.
- esquenta a porção na omeleteira e quebra um ovo dentro, mistura, cobre com arroz e tampa.
- completa com cenoura ralada, beterraba e salsão picados.
- tomatinho cereja pra acompanhar, wasabi, molhos de alho e pimenta.
Como se diz por aqui: nem cachorro come! (pq não sobra 😅)
