Honestly I haven't had any thought about posting on this community before, because most of my posts are about games and food. However lately I think it's ok to post once a while, just to make @bulliontools happy with some extra anger venting out activities lol.
So most of my food or meals are South East Asia cuisines, so I expect some of people from North America or Europe might not be compatible with them. I often get a Minangese Cuisine or We call it nasi padang, and most people eat it using their hands.
There was a Nasi Padang Outlet that I often visited, but not anymore. It was close from where I worked and of course they sold cheap food, fit with my taste and wallet. My last experience there made me not visiting them anymore.

So that day when I ordered a chicken gizzard and lever curry. I did not expect them to be super delicious and appealing, as it was a budget lunch outlet anyway. However I did not expect and I could not accept the way they served the food.
First they smashed the chili paste and you could see it was scattered everywhere. I could not understand what that chili paste had done to make the server did that...

They did the same on my potato fritter. It got smacked down and looked a bit flattened. That made me very disappointed, however it was not the peak... the main cause that made me just paid and walked out.

I found the gizzard was not well cooked. For any innards or offal, there isn't any term about how we cook it, medium rare, rare, or medium well... for them, there is only one way to cook it, full completely well done. Reddish offal should not be eaten, unless you want to experience stomach ache or maybe you want to introduce some worms into your intestine.

And I found out it was the same with the chicken lever. They were all reddish, half cooked, more like a medium rare lol. I called it off, came to the cashier, paid, then left... not eating any, and hasn't come back again to that place.
Well, some said the owner hired the wrong team. Personally I do not care about it, you might hate your boss, you might hate your jobs, you could hate the pay, but still when you serve some food, please respect the food
