Just imagine the number of students that graduates every year from the Faculty of Agriculture in Universities and those with related fields.

We need their expertise the same way it was for medical, law, engineering and other professionals.

Many of them that even want to stand on their own and follow this career line didn't have resources to jump start and the reason many seek career switch.

We need to address this urgently, though my view anyways.
