Hello everyone! I hope we're doing great today. I just wanted to share my daily life here, and I hope you take the time to read my blog for today.
Being a mom and wife, I'm always struggling with what food we should cook for our family, so I would like to share this with you all. For today's blog, while preparing our dinner, I'll be sitting and drinking coffee, which gives me extra strength and happiness.
For our dinner, I prepared vegetables; I didn't know the exact name because I invented this dish, but it is called adobong gulay with noodles.
For my coffee, it is Nescafé Original 3-in-1. I love coffee and even different brands, but now I choose this Nescafé brand because it is cheap, and I like the taste; it's not too sweet and has a little bitterness because I don't want sugar or super sweet coffee. I prefer coffee that has a slightly bitter taste, and I always drink it with bread. The bread that I eat is from the store near me,it's cheap loaf bread, and I put it in the center ladys choice this is what i like it.
My partner told me it's good because he likes vegetables, so whatever kind of cooking that is, he likes it; it just is vegetables. I'm so happy because I have another recipe that I know my family likes, and I'd love to share this with you all. As a mom, we always think about what food we should cook, so just try it at home. I swear your husband and family will like it.
I love serving my family, doing household chores, and especially cooking, even though I'm not good at cooking. I always try my best to serve them and give them the yummy food they want to eat. As a wife or mom, we should also consider that the food we serve is healthy, so we need to maintain balance. That's why being a mother is the most tiring responsibility but also the happiest part of our lives. Being a mom we are happy when we see our family happy too.
This is the procedure for my 'gulay': first I boil oil in a pan, then I add the onion and garlic. Next, I include the vegetables, which are eggplant, sayote, beans, and okra. After that, I add water; it's up to you if you want more soup. When it boils, I add soy sauce and a little oyster sauce. After it comes to a smooth consistency, I taste it and add magic sarap and salt if it doesn't taste good. Finally, I add noodles and wait until it's cooked, then serve it.
As for my picture that was taken earlier, I edited it using the Canva app. This is for today's blog. Thank you for stopping by to read my blog! I hope you learned something and got an idea from it. Thank you, and God bless! Have a great day, Hivers, and see you around!
