Hello, Hivers! I'm back with another blog for the week. This is me, Jo!
Days have been so busy lately with academic stuff keeping my hands full. I can't grasp the fact that it's just the first month of the year 2025, yet, things seemed to be moving in fast-forward! So, here I am, serving you with another blog to remind you to pause for a little while and indulge yourself with some word treats.
I've mentioned on my intro blog that I'm the middle child of the family and all my siblings are girls. Yes, the Tres Marias! Now, my older sister is working in Cebu City and she currently stays there as it is more convenient on her part because of her job(we don't see each other much often although Danao and Cebu aren't really far due to her work schedule and some other matters) so we thought if she can't come home, then, we will be the one to pay her a visit!

We decided to meet up in IT Park and guess what we did first? A lot of talking, yes haha. We got so busy catching up that we thought it was best to find a place to sit first. But you know, it felt nostalgic conversing about how each of your days went by as this was the usual scenario before my sister worked in Cebu. Adulting really hits hard. Moreover, I also enjoyed watching people pass by others were alone while some were with friends and family.

Afterward, we strolled around the Ayala Mall and went to various shops that sell cute stickers of all kinds, affordable accessories, and K-pop merchandise. I was immediately drawn to the items that had some cat designs on them. We continued strolling in the mall, entering shop to shop til our tummy complained.

Then, we headed to Sugbo Merkado to have our dinner. The place was jam-packed —both local and foreign tourists that it was a struggle to find a vacant table to eat. Fortunately, we were able to spot a good place and actually sat near the mini-stage because we thought someone would perform, but turned out, there was none. But that's okay, maybe some other time.

After finishing our meal, we proceeded to go outside the place where you can actually sit on the trimmed grass and enjoy having conversations. And that's what we did! Since it was nighttime, the lights from the buildings gave off a cool vibe to the surroundings. The place is a really nice location to hang out with friends and spend some quality time with your family because it's like having a picnic. It's honestly relaxing despite the mix of sounds from nearby establishments.

After that, we went home to my sister's apartment since it was already late. But before going to bed, we took some funny and cute photos to wrap up the night. And that's how I spent my day together with my sisters.
Thanks for reading, I hope you enjoyed it. See you in my next blog!❤️
