Change is a constant factor in life. The older we grow, the more changes they are mentally, emotionally, physically, and otherwise that we experience. And that's how amazing life goes.
I said to myself that I wanted to change the situation of my finances when I saw this question prompt. Lol. We all need money. I really do, especially at this point in time when expenses are hitting me from every corner. But that's by the way cause I'm certain that things will change for good gradually and very soon.
For now, what's most important to me that I would like to change is my eating habits. There are different angles to this point. One, I do not really eat meals with a balanced diet. Two, I don't eat at the times when I should. Three, I don't eat well enough. I eat very small meals, which my mum says is not enough to provide nutrients that my body requires to function.
Food nourishes the body. But a good way to have the meals do the work that they should do is to eat healthy meals and eat them at the right time and eat well. I fail at all of those, and it's gotten only worse since I moved away from home.
Since I resumed school far away from home, my eating habits have gotten even worse. My classes start by 7am everyday so I hardly have the time to make anything once I'm up cause I'm always rushing off to get to class early and in time. Then, at school, due to how clustered class times are, it's not until towards noon or much later that I have the free time to go get some food. And more often than not, it's snacks and soda(which isn't the right thing that I should eat).
So, it's until evening that I get back home and prepare a decent meal. This bad habit is already telling on me. I am already beginning to spot signs of this deficiency. I can tell from my skin and some other effects that i have been noticing from my body. But I'm hoping to change that. I want to change that. The first point of call to be healthy is by controlling what goes into the mouth. I am very buoyant but I hope to start by incorporating bits of the different foods that make a balanced diet into my meals and by cooking the previous day against the next day and also by eating more frequently.
My eating habits give me so much concern, and I really hope and wish to change it. Health, as they say, is wealth!
