Greetings dear vegan community! ☺.

Did you know that with very few ingredients you can prepare great recipes? Well if you did not know today I bring you a recipe that you will surely love, because it is very easy to prepare and the best thing is that you can make it with only two ingredients, to which you can add some spice as in my case I put cinnamon and also some nuts, walnuts, chopped almonds, raisins, etc., in the end it is a recipe in which you can put your personal touch.





This recipe is also ideal when you are in a hurry in the morning and want to prepare something healthy and delicious, as it takes very little time, it is a sweet recipe but it is great for breakfast, snack or just as a dessert.

Now without further ado let's prepare together this simple and delicious recipe.

Ingredients:

  • 2 medium apples.
  • 1/2 cup of oat flour.
  • 1 and a half tablespoon of Raisins (optional).
  • 1 teaspoon of Cinnamon Powder (optional).
    a pinch of salt.


How to prepare:

After having washed the apples very well we are going to peel them.

And then grate them on the coarsest side of the grater.

We are going to put this in a bowl and add the oat flour.

We also add the cinnamon and the raisins.

Now we mix, you can use a spatula or a fork, in the end I used a fork because it was easier, it is very important to mix very well so that the Apple and oats are well integrated.

Then in a moderately hot frying pan with vegetable oil we incorporate the mixture.

We are giving it the form that we want and we are compacting it helping us of a spatula, I gave it round form, it is important that the fire is to minimum.

When it is ready on one side we turn it over to finish cooking on the other side, more or less the cooking time is 7 minutes on each side, I always like it to be golden brown.

Once cooked we serve it.

Let it cool a little, and chop it as you prefer, I chopped it in 4 parts and added a little panela syrup for more sweetness, but really with the raisins it is very good.

Sabías que con muy pocos ingredientes puedes preparar recetas estupendas? pues si no lo sabías hoy te traigo una receta que seguro te va a encantar, ya que es muy fácil de preparar y lo mejor es que la puedes hacer solo con dos ingredientes, a lo cual le puedes agregar, alguna especia como en mi caso que le puse Canela y también algún fruto seco, nueces, almendras picadas, uvas pasas, etc., al final es una receta en la cual le puedes poner tu toque personal.





Esta receta también es ideal cuando tienes prisa en la mañana y quieres preparar algo saludable y delicioso, ya que te quita muy poco tiempo, es una receta dulce pero queda muy bien para desayunar, merendar o simplemente como un postre.

Ahora sin más preámbulos vamos a preparar juntos esta sencilla y deliciosa receta.

Ingredientes:

  • 2 Manzanas medianas.
  • 1/2 tza de harina de Avena.
  • Cucharada y media de Uvas Pasas (opcional).
  • 1 Cucharadita de Canela en Polvo (Opcional).
    una pizca de sal.


Modo de preparación:

Después de haber lavado muy bien las manzanas las vamos a pelar.

Y luego las rallamos por el lado más grueso del rallador.

Esto lo vamos a echar en un recipiente y le agregamos la harina de Avena.

También añadimos la canela y las uvas pasas.

Ahora mezclamos, puedes usar una espátula o un tenedor, al final yo usé un tenedor porque fue más fácil, es muy importante mezclar muy bien de modo que la Manzana y la avena queden bien integradas.

Luego en una Sartén medianamente caliente y con aceite vegetal incorporamos la mezcla.

Le vamos dando la forma que queramos y la vamos compactando ayudándonos de una espátula, yo le di forma redonda, es importante que el fuego esté a mínimo.

Cuando esté lista por un lado la volteamos para que se termine de cocinar por el otro lado, más o menos el tiempo de cocción es de 7 minutos por cada lado, a mí siempre me gusta que quede dorada.

Una vez cocida la servimos.

Dejamos enfriar un poco, y la picamos como mejor prefieras, yo la piqué en 4 partes y le agregue un poco de sirope de Panela para más dulzura, pero realmente con las pasas queda muy bien.
