Healthy Oatmeal, Apple, and Almond Snack / Snack Saludable de Avena, Manzana y Almendras

Greetings, beautiful vegan community! I hope you're having a peaceful and relaxing weekend 😊

I always try to have something sweet at home for a snack on the weekends. It's been a while since I've made something as healthy as the snack I'm sharing with you today.

This recipe has no added sugar; we'll sweeten it with raisins. If you have dates, that's also a good idea. What we want with this recipe is to realize that we can eat something delicious without having to use refined flour or sugar.





This snack is very healthy, all of its ingredients are very natural, including apple, almonds, and oats, plus peanut butter, which gives it that flavor that many of us love 😍

If you're interested in this recipe, I invite you to prepare it together.

Ingredients:

  • 180 grams of applesauce or grated apple.
  • 150 grams of rolled oats.
  • 80 grams of peanut butter.
  • 80 grams of almond and roasted peanut mix.
  • 25 grams of raisins, you can use seedless dates.
  • 1 pinch of salt, about 1/2 teaspoon.
  • 1 teaspoon of cinnamon.
  • 15 x 15 cm baking dish. If you want this snack to be thinner, you can use a 20 x 20 cm baking dish.



Let's get started.

Let's preheat our oven to 180 degrees.

Take our applesauce and pour it into a bowl.


Now we add the peanut butter.


And mix well and set aside.


Then we take the almonds and peanuts and chop them up.

We added this to our mixture along with the raisins.



We're also going to add the salt and ground cinnamon.


Mix everything very well.


Add the rolled oats.

And let's mix, integrating all the ingredients very well.



When Once we have our mixture ready, we are going to place it in a mold with waxed paper, make sure to put a little vegetable oil so that you can then unmold it without much difficulty.

Spread the mixture evenly around the mold, pressing down.


Bake for approximately 20 minutes; if your oven is very fast, it can take up to 15 minutes.

After that time, we take it out of the oven, remove the mixture from the mold, and cut it. I personally made square cuts, but you can also make rectangular ones.



Once Once the cuts are made, place the mixture on a baking sheet and bake again for another 15 minutes, or until golden brown.

Now remove from the oven and you'll have a healthy snack for a snack 👌

Saludos hermosa comunidad vegana, espero y estén pasando un fin de semana lleno de paz y tranquilidad 😊

Siempre los fines de semana trato de tener en casa algo dulce para merendar, tenía ya un buen tiempo sin preparar algo tan saludable como el Snack que el día de hoy compartiré con ustedes.

Esta receta no tiene Azúcar añadida, la endulzaremos con uvas pasas, si tienes dátiles también es buena idea, lo que queremos con esta receta es el darnos cuenta de que podemos comer algo delicioso sin necesidad de usar harinas o Azúcares refinadas.





Este Snack es muy saludable, todos sus ingredientes son muy naturales, Manzana, Almendras y Avena entre sus ingredientes, además la mantequilla de maní que le dará ese sabor que a muchos nos encanta 😍

Ingredientes.

  • 180 Gramos de Puré de Manzana o Manzana rallada.
  • 150 gramos de Avena en Hojuelas.
  • 80 Gramos de Mantequilla de Maní.
  • 80 Gramos de Mix de Almendras y Maní tostado.
  • 25 Gramos de Uvas Pasas, puedes usar Dátiles sin semilla.
  • 1 Pizca de sal, aproximadamente 1/2 Cucharadita.
  • 1 Cucharadita de Canela.
  • Molde de 15 por 15, si quieres este Snack más delgado puedes usar uno de 20 por 20.


Vamos con nuestra preparación.

Precalentemos nuestro horno a 180 grados.

Tomamos nuestro puré de manzana y lo incorporamos en un recipiente.


Ahora añadimos la mantequilla de Maní.


Y vamos a mezclar muy bien, reservamos.


Luego tomamos las Almendras, maní y los vamos a trocear.

Esto lo agregamos a nuestra mezcla juntos con las Uvas pasas.



También le vamos a añadir la Sal y la Canela en Polvo.


Mezclar todo muy bien.


Añadimos la Avena en Hojuelas.

Y vamos a mezclar integrando muy bien todos los ingredientes.



Cuando tengamos nuestra mezcla lista, la vamos a colocar en un molde con papel encerado, asegúrate de poner un poco de Aceite vegetal para que luego puedas desmoldar sin mucha dificultad.

Vamos a esparcir bien la mezcla por el molde haciendo presión.


Llevamos al horno por unos 20 minutos aproximadamente, si tu horno es muy rápido pueden ser 15 minutos.

Pasado ese tiempo de cocción sacamos del horno, sacamos la preparación del molde y vamos a cortar, personalmente hice unos cortes cuadrados, puedes hacerlos de forma rectangular.



Una vez hecho los cortes, colocamos nuestra preparación en una bandeja para horno y metemos a hornear nuevamente unos 15 minutos más o hasta que nuestro Snack tenga un color dorado.

Ahora sacamos del horno y ya tenemos un Snack saludable para merendar 👌
