RE: How do you prefer to eat your cabbage? (Vegan mini contest # 4)

in Plant Power (Vegan)21 hours ago

I'm really so glad to be part of the winners last contest it is really great honor to be rewarded for this and shout out to all the winners too one love 🚀❤️

This Is My Participation In The Vegan Mini Contest :

I prefer to eat my cabbage lightly sautéed with a mix of onions, garlic, and a hint of chili for a bit of heat. I love the balance between crunch and tenderness it keeps the texture alive while enhancing the natural sweetness of the cabbage. Sometimes I add carrots and bell peppers for color and a subtle sweetness. My go-to recipes include stir-fried cabbage with soy sauce and sesame oil, or a coconut-infused cabbage stew that brings a creamy, comforting flavor. I also enjoy it in coleslaw with a zesty lemon-mayo dressing for a refreshing side. Cabbage is versatile, affordable, and soaks up spices beautifully, which is why I love experimenting with it in different meals. It reminds me of home and simple comforts, yet it’s easy to dress up with flavors from around the world. Eating cabbage this way keeps me grounded and satisfied, both nutritionally and emotionally.
