What an interesting and delicious dish you've created, dear friend. Needless to say tha the satisfaction of harvesting your own food is priceless. These corn patties remind me of the sweet corn buns from my father's hometown, east of Venezuela (with a significant Indian inheritance, by the way). The flavor provided by the corn husk wrapper is delicious. Thank you for a nice post & recipe 😁

We have the opportunity to get this chance during the harvesting time otherwise the food here in Norway is extremely high price. So not only us but many people do like to take benefit of these opportunities. thanks for stopping by. :)
