We should not waste the food , whenver we have something leftover try to make something tasty with it .
Yesterday I had one bowl of cabbage sabzi (curry) , so I decide to make cabbage flatbread (paratha) with this leftover cabbage. It was the first time when i try cabbage flatbread . I try it for lunch and till I don’t taste it i was scared it will be good not . But it was too good and after taste a bite I become full confident and make all paratha happily.
This is easy to make the paratha , we need to knead the dough with some spices and make the partha . We can enjoy it for breakfast, lunch, tiffin or dinner whenever you want . Pickle, curd , green chilli , chuteny or raita all are best to enjoy with those paratha. Those stuffing paratha is delicious option for the paratha lover .

INGREDIENTS ✅
- Cabbage curry 1 bowl
- Wheat flour 2 bowl
- Oil
- Salt to taste
- Red chilli powder 1 tbsp
- Turmeric Powder 1 tsp
- ginger and chilli paste 1 tsp
- Garam masala 1/2 tsp
- Cumin 1 tsp
PROCESS ✅
STEP 1 :
First in a large bowl add wheat flour . And add cabbage curry in the flour .
Mix once .
Now add other spices and 1 tbsp oil in it .
Remember the cabbage curry already have some spices, so add spices according to your taste . Try to add spices according to the flour .
Now give it a good mix and with the water knead the dough. We need almost 1/4 bowl to keand the dough. Don’t make dough soft otherwise we face difficulty while making the paratha .
Now grease the dough with oil and cover the dough and rest for 5-10 minutes.
STEP 2 :
Now make balls like this and dust with the flour and roll the ball with the rolling pin like this .
On the other side heat a tawa and place that thin roti you make on the tawa. Cook from the both side by using oil. Flip it from both side and spread the oil .
Within minute your one Paratha is going to ready .
Place the paratha on the plate and repeat this process for all paratha .
We can make about 10 parathas with this .
Enjoy it with chuteny or chilli and give a nice treat to your tummy .
