Porridge three leaf yam very nutritious

Warm greetings to everyone here I hope you all are doing wonderfully well.
Today I enjoyed our very Nigeria delicacy called ONU in our language and three leaf yam is food looks like yam but is very nutritious more than yam and also very sweet more than yam too.
This three leaf yam was brought by my mother who has a large farm of three leaf yam in my village so she came visiting an brought cooked ones for me and I prepare it in a porridge way.
Let's go on the ingredients I used

INGREDIENTS USED
4 piece of cooked three leaf yam
4 piece of fresh pepper
1/4 cup of red oil
Salt to taste
1 medium Onion
Handful of bush buck leaf (utazi leaf)

PROCEDURE
I will explain step by step

Step 1
I will peel my three leaf yam because is already cooked and put in my pot.

Step 2
I will now add my red oil, salt, slice my onions and my pepper and add.

I will now give my food a very good stir and add water.

Step 3
I will now wash and slice my bush buck leaf and add and stir very well.

Looking at this dish is very tempting and healthy too the taste is topnotch I love eating three leaf yam and I enjoy eating it.
