Tasty spinach and radicchio in a pot ( ENG/ESP) 🍀🍀🍀

Good evening, blog friends, how are you? I've been a bit busy and rushed today, and I haven't eaten well, so tonight I decided to make a healthy dish, with spinach, which I love, and radicchio, which is finally available again and at a good price.

For this recipe, you'll need:

  • 500 grams of spinach
  • 200 grams of radicchio
  • 3 tablespoons of salt
  • 3 tablespoons of pepper
  • 2 tablespoons of oil

First, let's take care of the radicchio. Clean it thoroughly and remove any damaged outer leaves. Then, cut off the necessary portion, which we then cut into strips of roughly the same size.

Para esta receta necesitarán:
