Chocolate Fla Banana Pudding
Chocolate fla banana pudding is a pudding with a combination of mashed bananas then cooked with coconut milk. And to make the pudding creamy, I added chocolate fla which definitely increased the appeal of this dish. It's simple but tastes quite delicious with the unusual combination of ingredients. Here's the step by step preparation!
Ingredients Used
1 packet jelly powder
400 ml coconut milk
3 tablespoons sugar
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1 tablespoon granulated sugar
A teaspoon of vanilla
Water to taste
Making Procedure
Puree the banana with a fork, if you want it to be smoother use a chopper.
Then add coconut milk in a saucepan, add the banana and stir.
Add jelly powder mix until evenly distributed then add sugar.
Stir everything and then turn on the stove to cook until the pudding boils. Here I cooked two boiling, so that the banana was cooked perfectly.
Set up any mold, here I use a flower motif mold, while hot pour the pudding in the mold and leave it until it sets and hardens perfectly. Well open from the mold later when the pudding starts to cool, you can store it in the refrigerator so that it is fast.
Combine cocoa powder and cornstarch in a saucepan, then add vanilla powder and stir.
