Different dishes always bring color to the dining table, of course the dishes should match the taste we want.

This dish was inspired by foreign dishes that always serve vegetables relying on sesame oil, soy sauce and chili without cooking. I was very curious about the flavor of the vegetables, as traditional cuisine in my area is generally all cooked and it is rare to find food with raw sauces like this.

Taiwan Long beans

Taiwan long beans are processed long beans that are very easy to prepare. Cooked by boiling long beans, then poured with chili sauce and soy sauce mixture and stirred. Enjoyed with warm rice with other side dishes to be very delicious and quite delicious.

Tara!!! The taiwan long beans are ready to be served, look at this is so tempting. This is a new simple dish that I've tried, and honestly it's really good. No wonder outsiders often serve this when enjoying dinner or lunch with family. It is savory, sweet and slightly spicy, and most importantly there is a fragrant aroma from sesame oil and onions so that the usually pungent aroma of chili does not smell at all.

The taste of the half-cooked long beans made it even more tempting. I was so happy to enjoy this, I even tried stirring it with warm white rice, wow it was delicious. The flavor I couldn't believe before, maybe I'll add a little mushroom broth when I repeat this recipe later.
