You will need:
● 250 g. cooked/canned chickpeas
● 100 g cooked beetroot
● 2 tablespoons of tahini (not necessary)
● 2 garlic cloves
● 2 tablespoons of fresh lemon juice
● 2 tablespoons of olive oil
● 0,5 teaspoon of ground cumin
● ¼ teaspoon of salt
● ¼ teaspoon of black pepper
● 30 ml. water
For the sandwiches:
● Selected bread, radishes and small tomatoes
Preparation
If using canned chickpeas, wash them under water.
Blend all the ingredients for the hummus with a hand or other blender until smooth.
3.For the sandwiches, spread the bread with the desired amount of hummus and arrange the sliced radishes and tomatoes on top.
