Materials Used.

Okra 200g.
Salt to taste.
Some coconut oil.
A chopped tomato.
A chopped onion.
curry leaves.
A little chopped garlic.
1/2 Teaspoon of turmeric powder.
1 Teaspoon of crushed chill powder.

The cooking process as follows.

Now, let’s get ready to prepare this dish. First, wash and clean the okra well, then cut it lengthwise into thin pieces.

Next, take a pan and add about two tablespoons of coconut oil. Place it on the stove, and once the oil is heated, add the garlic, onions, and curry leaves. Mix well and allow them to sauté lightly.

Now, add the chili flakes, turmeric powder, and the sliced okra pieces to the pan and mix well.

Once the mixture is lightly fried, add the tomato pieces and mix well. After about 2 minutes, remove it from the heat.
