A Hot Bowl Of Turmeric And Mint Potatoes Soups (Tasty And Healing)

Hope your week was rewarding with expectations and abundance blessings. And even though not, we must keep our faith strong hoping for better days.

Today I made a special soup that is so healthy and healing which am sharing with you, even though I could not achieve all expectations for this week, because preparing and eat something delicious and healing will help boost the energy I need to keep going. A potatoes soup packed with fresh crushed turmeric and fresh mint leaves ๐Ÿƒ.

This recipe is the kind of meal you prepare once you have a crave for it , making sure the ingredients are rightly available as to bring out the best in the cooking. I stumbled into some fresh mint yesterday while going home from work. And mint being one powerful and healing leave that works magic in our system , with turmeric fortifying our immune, I decided to pair the two for this hot bowl of potatoes ๐Ÿ soup.

Its inexpensive, but one meal you will love both for lunch ๐Ÿฅ™ and dinner ๐Ÿฅ˜ . Below is the detailed step by step process.

INGREDIENTS:

2 medium butter potatoes
Couple of fresh mint leave
2 fresh hot peppers
1/2 thumb of turmeric
10 ml of palm oil ๐ŸŒด
1/2 teaspoon of curry
1/2 teaspoon of dry pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt

STEPS FOR PREPARATION:

Step 1.

I love to peel the potatoes first, to enable me soak it for sone minutes.

As here above to remove some starch

Step 2.

Next, we pluck, wash and thinly slice the mint leaves ๐Ÿƒ

Step 3.

We will attend to the turmeric and fresh hot pepper.

We peel and crush the turmeric as above

And slice the fresh pepper thinly

Here, we will take the potatoes to the pot, add water and set it on the cooker.

And once it starts to cooking., we add the turmeric, fresh pepper and the sliced mint leaves ๐Ÿƒ . Stir to incorporate

Step 6.

We cover to cook, allowing the turmeric, pepper ๐ŸŒถ and mint leaves ๐Ÿƒ to infuse properly.

Then we add the salt, curry, powder pepper and the palm ๐ŸŒดoil.

Step 7.

Stir properly to incorporate all the spice ingredients . Allow to cook for few more minutes , we set it down and serve lunch ๐Ÿฅ™ or dinner ๐Ÿฅ˜ .

This is a very delicious meal for everyone to enjoy in the family because sweet potatoes ๐Ÿ  is always delicious. And with turmeric and mint leaves ๐Ÿƒ, it takes us to another level of helping our immune better as a dish
