Awesome recipe for papaya~coconut pudding! ;) looks really beautiful and yum!
Also very neat of you & your husband to share it with others! ;)

Papaya is probably my most favorite fruit, although only once had the chance to taste really ripe papaya in Madrid, Spain...
Here in Bulgaria I haven't someone to offer good sized fruit on any market...
So if you call your middle sized... ours here are three times smaller and always green :) It will be a luck if it manages to ripen a bit turn some yellowish :)

        So, here people so grateful to have cheap papaya. But apple and grapes so expensive

              We have a lot of grapes and apples and pears in autumn.
              It's been a tradition to grow them locally since ages...
              People make wine too.. you know :)
