Enjoying a Special and Unforgettable Moment:
Hello friends, I hope you are well. It's been a week since my birthday and I didn't want to overlook this special moment I lived with my mom @kristal24. We are both sushi lovers, so she told me to think about a place I wanted to go and eat with her, she invited me because it was my birthday and at that time I thought of many places, but then I reaffirmed to myself that what we like is sushi, so to not invent so much, I decided to go where I always go to eat sushi, I decided to go where I always go to eat sushi, I decided to go to where I always go to eat sushi, I have already told you about this place, it is called "Omakase" and what I like, apart from the fact that they already know me because I always go there ha ha, is that they have a great variety of dishes without rice and that gives me more options to choose from. Actually, it could have been another place that I didn't know, or even that I never took my mom, but since what I really wanted was for us to eat well and have a nice time between mother and daughter, I said: it doesn't matter the place, what matters is the company and the good eating experience. So I told her to go to Omakase, because it is good and affordable, since sushi here in Margarita Island is overpriced, but in Omakase the prices are not expensive compared to other places. Later on my birthday we went to Kalua for the first time and the experience with the food was terrible, so as they say "better bad than good to know" the difference is that Omakase is not bad at all, on the contrary.
When we arrived, we were terribly hungry, so as I already know most of the dishes, I told him to leave the choice to me. At the start we ordered two starters which you can see from the pictures were really good, they always are. One dish is white fish, raw and oiled and the other was 4 yellowfin tuna rolls with two flamed and two raw, filled with cream cheese and avocado. We also ordered a plate of cold roles without rice well resolved with a filling of white and pink fish, cream cheese, scallion and avocado and with a topping of wakame that I love and a tuna flameado with sriracha sauce (a sauce with a very good spicy touch). The funny thing is that my mom I think she was overflowing with raw stuff and ordered a roll with rice for herself, but with raw filling, so it was pretty much the same thing, ha ha, but I enjoy it a lot and that made my life happy. Beyond the good food, what I anchor in my heart, is that nice and special moment that we were able to live alone and that was one of my best moments with her. Disfrutando de un momento especial e inolvidable:
Hola amigos, espero que estén bien. Ya hace una semana que estuve de cumpleaños y no quería pasar por alto este momento tan especial que viví con mi mamá @kristal24. Ambas somos amantes al sushi, así que me dijo que pensara bien en un lugar que quisiera ir y comer con ella que me invitaba por ser mi cumpleaños y en ese momento pensé en muchos lados, pero después me reafirme a mí misma que lo que nos gusta es el sushi, así que para no inventar tanto, decidí ir a donde siempre voy a comer sushi, que ya anteriormente les he hablado de este lugar, se llama "Omakase" y lo que me gusta, aparte de que ya me conocen porque siempre voy ja ja, es que tienen una gran variedad de platos sin arroz y eso me da más opciones para elegir. En realidad, pudo haber sido otro lugar que no conociera, o incluso que nunca haya llevado a mi mamá, pero como en realidad lo que quería era que comiéramos rico y pasar un rato agradable entre madre e hija, dije: no importa el lugar, lo que importa es la compañía y la buena experiencia comiendo. Así que le dije para ir a Omakase, porque es bueno y asequible, ya que el sushi aquí en la Isla de Margarita está sobrevalorado, pero en Omakase no son costosos los precios a comparación de otros lugares. Ya luego en mi cumpleaños fuimos a Kalua por primera vez y la experiencia con la comida fue terrible, así que como quien dice "más vale malo que bueno por conocer" la diferencia es que Omakase no es para nada malo, al contrario.
Cuando llegamos, teníamos un hambre terrible, así que como ya yo conozco la mayoría de los platos, le dije que me dejara a mí la elección. Al inicio pedimos dos entradas que pueden ver en las fotografías que estaban realmente buenas, siempre lo están. Un plato es pescado blanco, crudo y acevichado y el otro era 4 rollos de atún aleta amarilla con dos flameados y dos crudos, rellenos de queso crema con aguacate. También pedimos un plato de roles fríos sin arroz bien resuelto con un relleno de pescado blanco y rosado, queso crema, cebollín y aguacate y con un topping de wakame que me encanta y un flameado de atún con salsa sriracha (una salsa con un toque picante muy buena). Lo cómico es que mi mamá creo que se rebosó de cosas crudas y pidió un roll con arroz para ella, pero con relleno crudo, así que fue prácticamente lo mismo, ja ja, pero lo disfruto mucho y eso me alegro la vida. Más allá de la buena comida, lo que anclo en mi corazón, es ese momento tan lindo y especial que pudimos vivir a solas y que fue uno de mis mejores momentos con ella.
