A few days ago, a friend and I decided to go out and enjoy the night and eat somewhere in the city. Unfortunately, the place we had chosen to eat was completely full and we couldn't get a table.
After walking around the city a bit, I told my friend that I knew of a place that was in front of the train station and that I had never tried their beers, so we went straight to that place.
The attention we received at the beginning was incredible, very good attention, the people are very kind and we went to the first floor but to the balcony because here in Santa Fe we are still facing very hot days and being locked up is not a good option.
While we were on the balcony we ordered two styles of beer, an IPA and a Golden. The IPA was amazing, it had a slight bitterness, a completely fruity aroma and flavor, and the alcohol intensity was just right, it wasn't invasive.
On the other hand, the Golden beer that my friend ordered came with some orange slices, which gives it a more drink-like appearance but greatly influences the flavor when you are taking the first and last sips, you can lightly perceive notes of orange and it was incredible with the beer.
To accompany these beers we also ordered food, for which I ordered a shrimp steak and my friend a beef steak. And while we waited for the food we ordered another couple of beers, in this case two black ones.
On the one hand, I ordered a chocolate-flavored one for myself and my friend ordered a slightly more bitter one made exclusively with hops since my friend cannot eat things with chocolate or peanuts because he is allergic, although depending on the amount it may not have any effect on him.
I don't remember exactly what they had told us about the two dark beers because they were so delicious and, added to the intense heat in the city, they didn't even last 5 minutes.
