Ops, finally Gen has to get over her longest vacation ever: from May 3, 2025 to June 17, 2025! But now the reality of Life is kicking in again, and I am back to my work here in Hong Kong.
Having spend so much time with my family in the Philippines suddenly makes life in Hong Kong appear so unfamiliar, and I started to feel a little bit lonely in the big house of my employer.
Therefore, and also because since quite a while I had not seen her anymore, this Saturday I was visiting one of my OFW friends at her work place. We were having some nice little talk and she invited me to have dinner together with her.
My contribution was to bring along some dried fish, Bangus and Malunggay leaves. We shared all that food for dinner, and, as you can see, of course there also was some rice: healthy brown rice! Hm ... and we drank some Ashasi beer...
Originally we had planned to do some karaoke, but time past so fast, suddenly I noticed that it was really time again to go back home! But for sure there will be another opportunity in future!
