We all do, and we can heal easier together, I feel: once we get our own mindbodyspiritcosmos in order, then begins the big work of helping the collective to right itself, eh! Much love dear friend - I too work every day on my stuff, and am always finding big realisations of where I need to be softer, or less aggressive, or more empathetic, or similar... It is good to have company to share the challenges with 🙏💛
