Happy Wednesday. How are you all? I hope you are all doing well. I am also fine. Today, I am sharing a juice recipe with you. I hope you will like it.
In this juice, I am using kiwi, apple, and cucumber. I have already written about cucumber and apple in my previous posts, but this is the first time I am using kiwi. It is said that drinking kiwi juice helps in weight loss. Kiwi fruit is rich in vitamin C, calcium, potassium, and fiber. Consuming it helps in reducing weight, strengthens digestion, and boosts the immune system.
Ingredients✅
🌼- Apple 1
🌼- Kiwi 1
🌼- Cucumber half
🌼- Black salt
🌼- Cumin powder
Method🌼
I made just one glass of this juice.
- First, chop the cucumber and apple. If you prefer, you can peel the apple. Peel the kiwi and put everything in a blender.
- Then add black salt and ground cumin, and blend it into a paste.
- Take a glass, pour the juice into it, and it's ready to drink.
