Home made foods are always the healthy way for smart living. I have been enjoyed foods and shakes made with lots of love and affection at home. I tried many drinks and on the last day of 2024 I tried one of the self made drink at home. It taste incredible.
When made with healthy ingredients like fruits, low-fat milk, and natural sweeteners, milkshakes can offer several health benefits. It helps is providing a good source of protein and calcium for bone health, acting as an energy booster due to the combination of carbs, protein, and fats, aiding in hydration, potentially supporting weight management with the right recipe, and serving as a convenient way to incorporate nutrients like vitamins and minerals from fruits and vegetables into our diet. However, be mindful of added sugar content which can negate these benefits. Considering the rich benefits, I made a milk shake with following items :
- Condensed milk
- Dates
- Banana
- Jaggery
- Sattu (roasted gram powder)

What I like more about my milk shake is that it is prepared with so much ease. You only need the ingredients and a mixer to make a quick shake for breakfast. Yes I tried this drink today on the last day of 2024 and it was a good way to begin the new year eve.

To prepare this amazing drinks, incorporate all the material in a mixer and mix them well. It has all the natural sweeteners. To enhance sweetness, I added little quantity of Jaggery powder into it.

Mixing them together for few minutes gives us a smoothy drink.
It does not take me long to gulp them. It was delicious and have all rhe ingredients that my body required. I happily enjoy such smoothy drinknon special day.
I think on the eve of new year, this is a go to drink for every ocassion. It was fantastic way to cheers for leaving behind all the bad times of 2024 and step into new year 2025.
