Making a simple oatmeal smoothie

in Amazing Drinks7 months ago

Hi friends, have you ever felt like I'm feeling right now? I feel hungry but I have no appetite at all even though it's my favorite menu. And if this continues I don't want to get sick while the weather is currently bad and changing sore throats and flu everywhere. And very susceptible to infection so I choose to process oats to drink and eat at the same time. This will be a filling drink for me and of course healthy for my stomach too. The process is also very simple.

The ingredients I need to make this oatmeal smoothie are:

1. 3 tablespoons of oatmeal

2. 1 sachet of 65 ML sweetened condensed milk

3. 150 ML of water

4. Ginger the size of an adult thumb.

And the way I make it is

1. First, I clean the ginger first, then I blend it with water. After it is smooth, I filter it first so that the remaining ginger fibers do not hurt my throat later and actually make me uncomfortable and cough.

2. The second step is that I blend the oatmeal by putting the oatmeal in a blender, adding the ginger water that I had previously pureed and filtered, then I add sachet milk to it.

3. After that, I blend it until smooth and I can enjoy it,

It didn't take long for me to finish it. Even though I didn't have an appetite, enjoying a simple smoothie like this really didn't take long. My stomach also immediately warmed up because of the ginger in it. I was also immediately full because oatmeal contains carbohydrates in it. And for this smoothie recipe, I didn't add sugar or other sweeteners other than the sachet milk and that was more than enough for the artificial sweetener. And this smoothie is very effective for me right now. Although I usually add fruits like strawberries, bananas or other berries, in my stomach situation, this simple smoothie recipe that I made is much more effective. How about you? Have you ever experienced something like this and what do you consume for yourself. Greetings from tomidiwirja, Indonesia

I love oatmeal, this is a delicious way to prepare it, I will try adding ginger next time as I have never done it before and it has caught my attention.
