I love sweet potato, slow baking can be one way to cook it. and maybe to steam it is another way to do it. but as long as the sweet potato sweet, it will taste so nice. ;0

        I never tried the steaming method so don't know about that but slow baking roasting really makes it sweeter and tastier. :P Thank you! :)
