This morning, I arose and had a cup of coffee and turned my computer on to do some work, but the battery was close to dead. That's one of the dangers to living off-grid. The batteries on my solar system are dying and I lost power overnight.
With no way to charge my computer, I began packing for my trip to Arlington, Texas. Then I learned that a box of books I needed for inventory was out for delivery. I decided to wait for it to arrive.
Waiting put me behind for an hour. Theresa made us breakfast while I played with Hawthorne and took him for a walk.
While walking,.I discovered that someone knocked my nephew's fence down.
We were supposed to leave the house at 9 a.m. But because the mail didn't arrive until 10:15 a.m., we left shortly after.
After arriving at Kroger in Arlington, I set up a book table and sold books for six hours.
After selling books, I drove to our campsite. We ate dinner and I took Hawthorne for a walk. I ended the day with more than 7,000 activity points.
